Refunds and Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchases!
However, if goods arrive faulty or damaged please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt and we will organise a replacement or give a refund. Faulty goods must be returned (and a Certificate of Postage obtained) at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Delivery charges will not be made for replacement goods.
If you change your mind about an item we will issue a full refund once the goods have been returned, undamaged and in their original condition, within 14 days, at your cost.
International
At present we do not ship products internationally with the exception of books purchased and dispatched directly from Amazon Europe or Amazon USA.
